Gina Micheletti Refund & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. You'll recieve a confirmation from our booking system before your visit, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do it through Fresha.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will result in a fee. All extension deposits are non-refundable outside of this cancellation window. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, this may result in a reschedule or change of service to accommodate other guests.

REFUND POLICY
Gina Micheletti not offer immediate refunds. We extend all clients a one week grace period to return to the salon and make any adjustments if they are unhappy with their service. We understand a refund may ultimately be warranted and any refunds will be decided by owner discretion on a case by case basis.
